Burnley

The Usha Restaurant in Burnley is a detached building which has been transformed from a public house into the premier location after a long refurbishment process. It has a forecourt with disabled car parking spaces for two cars with a large additional car park for another 36 cars. The surrounding land in front of the building has been beautifully landscaped and planted with trees and a variety of colourful flowering plants. The interior décor gives the restaurant a modern and stylish look.

The partnership at Usha has always had the detemination to do better than any others by offering a range of dining options to our customers featuring the finest local, regional and international cuisine. We are also at the forefront of innovation in creating unique dishes that have been appreciated by customers for many years.

The Restaurant

Lounge Bar

The lounge bar is fitted with timber servery and leather sofas that have the capacity to seat 15-20 guests at a time. At our bar we server the finest range of beers and wines and maintain a constant review of customer's demands for different drinks. We conducted research amongst our customers to identify the most popular beer and wine. The majority of our voters voted Cobra Premium Draught Extra Smooth Lager as their favourite beer and the Bin 2000 Shiraz as their favourite wine of the year

Dining Area (Main Room)

The large portion of the restaurant has been designed to create an atmosphere that offers privacy as well as an open plan seating arrangement. Eight circular booths and the remaining open plan seating can cater for a maximum of 110 customers at a time.

Conservatory

The restaurant has breathtaking views towards the rural Lancashire landscape in front of the restaurant. To compiment this, we constructed the conservatory with clear views onto our landscaped gardens on Rossendale Road. The conservatory is ideal for large parties and has a seating capacity for a maximum of 50 guests.

Party Table

There is a designated seating area for customers who wish to hold a smal party with a group of work colleagues or friends, which promotes a party atmosphere.

Coffee Bar

We also have a seperate coffee bar to serve you with different brands of coffees and house style indeian tea. Your dessert menu and its variety of Desserts and Ice Creams are prepared and served from the coffee bar.

Kitchen

Our kitchen is a modern, newly-built, fully-fitted kitchen with high standards of hygene in all areas. Guests are most welcome to view our kitchen and to meet our highly qualified and experienced chefs and kitchen staff. We conducted some small research amongst our customers and we identified that the Chicken Mussamum was what the majority of customers voted as the dish of the year.
